Job summary

Mano Lani LLC is seeking a Logistics Manager Specialist (LMS) Support to join our team in the Warner Robins, GA area. You will apply Air Force logistics principles and lifecycle management to plan and coordinate sustainment across programs and weapon systems.

You will lead sourcing initiatives with IPTs, develop strategies, and drive improvements while ensuring compliance with DoD policies. A Secret clearance and US citizenship are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience working with DoD policies and procedures.
• 8 years of demonstrated relevant experience required.
• Secret Clearance
• Strong communications skills, including interaction with Military Personnel and Civilians.
• Proficient with Microsoft Applications
• Proven experience in logistics management, preferably within defense or government supply chain
• Familiarity with Air Force logistics systems and documentation practices
• Ability to interpret technical data and develop logistics strategies
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience with acquisition life cycle support and sustainment planning
• U.S. citizen for security clearance eligibility

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate life cycle logistics support in strategic sustainment acquisition activities for the enterprise Supply Chain.
• Develop, publish, and update supply chain strategies and implementation plans supporting supply objectives across the acquisition life cycle.
• Lead teams in implementing sourcing strategies using the eight-step strategic sourcing process and drive process improvements.
• Analyze past, current, and future spend data to select best overall portfolio strategy.
• Prepare presentations and papers to support logistics execution.
• Participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to satisfy Air Force sustainment requirements.
• Provide total task management and mentorship to junior staff.
• Perform duties independently with minimal customer complaints and no mission impacts.
