Job summary

C Ti CRM is seeking an Instructional Systems Specialist in Groton, CT to design, develop, and evaluate training systems and courseware for DoD contracts. The role requires leading analysis-driven approaches and ensuring alignment with Navy/DoD standards.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in instructional design or related field and at least five years of relevant experience. A Secret security clearance is required; submarine experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design or similar field.
• Five+ years supervising training system programs for military/DoD contracts (design, development, evaluation).
• Experience performing training needs analyses, task analyses, and system requirement evaluations.
• LEAD experience and handling security classification guidelines are preferred.
• Submarine experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support educational design and development projects for military/DoD training systems.
• Design, develop, evaluate, and update training systems and courseware per Navy/DoD standards.
• Conduct needs analyses, task analyses, and system evaluations for operational and instructional requirements.
• Apply LEAD to develop structured training solutions, objectives, evaluation methods, and instructional strategies.
• Coordinate with government customers and project teams to align training systems with timelines and standards.
