Job summary

Leyden Solutions Inc. is seeking a high-performing Instructional Systems Designer to support a federal client program. You will analyze, design, develop, and maintain instructional content for web-based and instructor-led courses while nurturing strategic client partnerships.

The role embraces the ADDIE methodology, TNA, and DS3-aligned training. Hybrid work with up to weekly travel to Fort Meade, MD or the Washington DC area is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required or 5+ years of equivalent experience in ISD
• Experience designing online and instructor-led courses for security topics
• Security clearance (TS/SCI) required
• Experience with DoD security policy training preferred
• US Citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, develop, and maintain instructional content for web-based and instructor-led courses
• Apply ADDIE model to develop training solutions and evaluate instructional effectiveness
• Collaborate with client personnel to perform Training Needs Analysis and develop training plans
• Create storyboards, assessments, and performance support materials
• Maintain and update existing courses in response to policy changes and DS3 requirements
• Develop course design documents and media treatments
• Support beta tests and evaluate content quality
