Job summary

Redhorse Corporation is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to translate complex technical solutions into actionable government-ready training. You will design learning architectures enabling federal agencies to adopt new technologies and improve mission outcomes through data-driven training strategies.

Role requires a TS/SCI poly clearance, a Master’s in a related field, and 8+ years of instructional design experience with ADDIE or Agile methods.

Qualifications

Active Top Secret/SCI FS Poly clearance.
Master’s Degree in Instructional Design, Education, or Organizational Development.
CPLP or CPTD certification.
8+ years of instructional design experience in federal government or large-scale enterprise environments.
Experience with ADDIE or Agile instructional design methodologies.
Proven ability to develop multimedia and web-based training content from storyboard to deployment.

Responsibilities

Conduct training needs analysis to identify performance gaps in complex technical environments.
Design and develop curricula aligned with government standards and organizational goals.
Create multimedia storyboards and end-to-end training materials (e-learning, instructor guides, performance tools).
Evaluate training effectiveness using metrics like Kirkpatrick to ensure mission impact.
Collaborate with SMEs in data science and technology to simplify content for diverse learners.
