Job summary

Leyden Solutions, Inc. seeks a highly capable Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) to analyze, design, develop, and maintain web-based and instructor-led training for a DoD-focused client program.

You will craft course content, storyboards, assessments, and design plans, while building enduring client partnerships. The role is hybrid with up to 1x weekly travel to Fort Meade, MD or the DC area, requires a TS/SCI clearance, and a Master’s in ISD or equivalent with strong experience in security

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ISD or Adult Education from an accredited university.
• Or Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of online and ILT design experience.
• Experience developing security topics for DoD or related agencies.
• Current TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Apply ADDIE to analyze, design, develop, and maintain instructional content.
• Collaborate with client to identify training goals and objectives.
• Develop course design documents, storyboards, and assessments.
• Beta test and evaluate instructional products for effectiveness.
• Maintain alignment with DoD Security Policy and DS3 standards.
