Job summary

DarkStar Intelligence seeks an experienced Instructional Systems Designer to support a high-priority US PACOM training program. The role focuses on designing and producing lesson plans, objectives, and assessments with SMEs, delivering both classroom and computer-based content.

You will ensure COE accreditation standards and drive projects to meet deadlines. Applicants should have 5+ years of DoD/military training experience and an undergraduate or higher degree in education or learning, aligned

Qualifications

5+ years of DoD/military/Federal experience in training/education.
Undergraduate degree or higher in education/learning that meets OPM standards for Instructional Systems job series (1750).

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and produce lesson plans, learning objectives, course materials, and assessments with SMEs and facilitators.
Create and update materials to meet adult learning standards.
Apply ADDIE and other models for multiple modalities (classroom, distance learning, web-based).
Lead collaborative ISD teams and manage projects to meet timelines.
Ensure materials meet COE accreditation standards and optimize resources.
Generate required documentation (CDD, guides, syllabi, exercises, assessments).
