Job summary

C Ti CRM is seeking a Program Management Specialist in Groton, CT to manage educational design and development projects under a Navy/DoD contract. The role requires coordinating between the contractor and COR, overseeing task orders, and ensuring timely reporting and funding alignment.

A Secret clearance is required to support sensitive initiatives. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, with a bachelor’s degree preferred, and at least five years of relevant project management

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of Learning Analysis and Design (LEAD) practices.
• Experience managing educational design and development projects for Navy/DoD contracts.
• Preferred familiarity with security requirements and classification controls.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact between contractor and COR.
• Oversee contract operations and assign personnel to task orders.
• Publish monthly reports, manage invoicing, review SOWs and funding.
• Support COR with project status and risk mitigation.
