Torch Technologies is seeking a Senior Human Resources Support Specialist to support the AFLCMC/C3I group at Hanscom AFB, MA. The role covers day-to-day HR support, records maintenance, and manpower coordination for military personnel, government civilians, and contractors.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, 10 years of relevant DoD experience or 15 years with appropriate certifications, and an active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 10 years of relevant experience, or 15 years with appropriate certifications.
• Active Secret security clearance required.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support and customer service to military personnel, government civilians, and contractors.
• Maintain WebAims personnel databases for all employees and manage in-processing and out-processing activities.
• Review, track, update, and submit vacancy advertisements for the military Vacancy Master List (VML).
• Update duty titles, rater assignments, position data, and other personnel records for military members.
