McBride Consulting has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Human Resources Support Specialist within our AFLCMC/C3I group at Hanscom AFB, MA. You will provide day-to-day HR support to military personnel, Government civilians, and contractors, and maintain critical personnel databases and records.

The role requires an active Secret clearance, a BA/BS in a related field, and 10 years of related experience (5 in DoD).

Qualifications

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen.
Active Secret security clearance required.
BA/BS Degree in a related discipline.
10 years of directly related experience with 5 years in a DoD setting.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day HR support and customer service to military personnel, Government civilians, and contractors.
Maintain WebAims personnel databases for all employees and manage in-processing and out-processing activities.
Review, track, update, and submit vacancy advertisements for the military Vacancy Master List (VML).
Update duty titles, rater assignments, position data, and other personnel records for military members.
Review, maintain, and support updates to the Unit Manning Document (UMD).
Review, update, and track military awards.
Coordinate Reserve man-days and long-tour orders, including funding actions.
Manage deployment training requirements for military personnel.
Collaborate with supervisory staff to optimize manpower utilization and monitor ongoing personnel actions.
