Job summary

Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC is seeking a Senior Financial Management Support Specialist to support our government customer in Frederick, MD at Fort Detrick. The role focuses on developing SPAR and POM builds, managing budgets, and applying lifecycle cost estimation techniques to ensure proper funding and execution of DoD programs.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience, with US citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Support SPAR, POM builds and spend plans for DoD appropriations.
• Ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Support cost estimating using DoD methodologies (LCCE, LCSP).
• Develop annual spend plan and provide budget execution insights.
• Consolidate financial data for monthly reports and funding status.
• Brief senior leadership on financial findings and risk.
