Job summary

Arcetyp LLC is seeking a Senior DoD Financial Management Lead for an onsite role in Fort Detrick, MD. The candidate will lead financial management across PMOs and support PPBE, SPAR, and POM development, ensuring accurate budget execution and high-quality financial reporting to senior government leadership.

Qualified candidates will have DoD PPBE proficiency, advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills, and experience with cost estimating and acquisition documentation. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with DoD PPBE processes and financial planning.
• Experience with budget formulation, execution, obligation/disbursement analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills for financial reporting.
• Ability to develop and deliver senior-leader financial reports and cost estimates.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial management support across PMOs and related programs.
• Support PPBE, SPAR, POM development, spend plans and budget justification.
• Reconcile appropriations and produce senior leadership financial reports.
• Coordinate financial schedules, IGCEs, acquisition packages, and fiscal risk reviews.
