Job summary

Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC is seeking a Senior Product Management Lead to support a DoD government customer at Fort Detrick, Frederick, MD. The role focuses on defense acquisition, regulatory compliance, and PMO coordination across IPTs, MDRs, and IPRs.

You will organize meetings, track actions, manage test and evaluation activities, and provide reports that inform acquisition decisions. The position requires strong DoD knowledge and solid communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in defense acquisition program management.
• Familiarity with DoD acquisition and regulatory processes.
• Ability to coordinate IPTs, meetings, and briefings.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day medical product development activities per DoD and DHA policies.
• Participate in defense acquisition meetings (IPTs, Working Groups, MDRs).
• Prepare meeting materials, minutes, and information packages for the organization.
• Coordinate site visits and developmental testing activities.
• Manage action-item tracking and correspondence with external stakeholders.
• Produce briefs and reports identifying impacts, risks, and opportunities for PMO reviews.
• Lead and participate in program management meetings and coordination activities.
• Maintain program documentation and schedules per DoD guidelines.
• Provide market research and analyses to support acquisition strategies.
• Ensure auditable COR files and regulatory compliance for the PMO.
