Job summary

Montcure, LLC is seeking a Financial Management Specialist II in Quantico, VA to support the PM MAGTF C2 Program Office. You will handle PPBE processes, budgeting, and financial execution with expert Excel models and PowerPoint briefings.

Responsibilities include funding actions, spend plans, audit support, and closeout analyses using DoD systems. A SECRET clearance and 6+ years of DoD finance experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET security clearance.
• Minimum 6 years of DoD financial management experience including budget execution and financial analysis.
• Working knowledge of PPBE process including POM development and budget execution.
• Advanced Excel skills; ability to build/maintain financial models for variance, cost-benefit and trade-off analyses.
• Ability to prepare clear, concise PowerPoint reports and briefings for program leadership.

Responsibilities

• PPBE & Budget Execution support across the PPBE cycle.
• Perform financial analysis and modeling; develop spend plans.
• Audit, reporting & system support; maintain required financial databases and SharePoint.
