Job summary

Abacus Technology is seeking a Financial Manager in Oklahoma City to provide comprehensive financial management and comptroller support for DoD programs at Tinker AFB. The role encompasses budgeting, cost estimating, EVM analysis, and financial reporting in a full-time capacity.

Responsibilities include developing budgets, performing financial analyses, and coordinating with government stakeholders while leveraging CCaRs, CRIS, ABSS, and other defense systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of financial analysis and program management experience.
• 3+ years supporting DoD programs.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Ability to analyze budgets, schedules, and EVM.
• Experience preparing compliant financial documentation.
• US citizen with current Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of financial management briefings and reports, including NSSCs and delivery reports.
• Develop and tailor procedures and improved methods.
• Support budget formulation and management across planning, programming, budgeting, and execution processes.
• Contribute inputs for program requirements and risks; prepare baselines, work breakdown structures, and SARs/MARs/DAES.
• Assist in performing material solution analyses leading to design reviews.
• Develop and maintain program budgets and financial tracking documentation.
• Analyze ABIDES outputs and maintain a comparisons record with prior updates.
• Consult with the USG on financial operations and improvement suggestions.
• Support systems like CCaRs, CRIS, ABSS, IDECS II, OARS, FM Suite, CMCS, WAWF, SAMRS, DISAM, MOCAS, BOQ, SDW.
• Support program office in managing financial risk.
