Job summary

Abacus Technology Corporation seeks a Financial Manager to provide comprehensive financial management support for DoD programs at Tinker AFB. The role includes cost research, cost estimating, EVM implementation, and program control integration with a focus on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

You will prepare financial analyses, briefings, and documentation, supporting the program office across planning, programming, budgeting, and execution processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in financial analysis and management including at least 3 years supporting DoD programs.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience assisting, preparing, developing, and delivering compliant documents for PPBE; tracking data; and reporting per policy.
• Knowledge of financial management and accounting functions, processes, and methods.
• Ability to prepare program budgets, reports and financial documentation.
• Experience drawing conclusions and drafting solutions to funding/budgeting requirements.
• Ability to perform budget forecasting tasks, variance analysis and program/financial execution reporting.
• Comfortable communicating with all organizational levels and briefing government stakeholders.
• Must be a US citizen and hold a current Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of financial management briefings and reporting (NSSCs, delivery reports).
• Develop financial analyses and narrative justifications for quick turnaround exercises.
• Improve procedures and methods; tailor financial processes as needed.
• Contribute to budget formulation/management across planning, programming, budgeting, and execution.
• Prepare inputs for program documentation and risk assessments (program baselines, WBS, SARs/MARs).
• Support material solution analyses leading to design reviews.
• Develop and maintain program budgets and financial tracking documents.
• Analyze ABIDES outputs and maintain comparison records between updates.
• Consult with USG on financial operations to suggest improvements.
• Support systems like CCaRs, CRIS, ABSS, IDECS II, OARS, and MOCAS for financial operations.
• Assist in managing program financial risk within the program office.
