Job summary

Applied Research Solutions (ARS) seeks a Journeyman Financial Manager to support the C-130 Hercules program at Robins AFB. The role covers budgeting, funds control, financial reconciliation, cost and schedule analysis, and EVM, with DoD/Air Force guidance applied. An active Secret clearance is required.

The candidate will coordinate with Government and contractor teams, prepare reporting, and support Foreign Military Sales financial activities. This position is on-site at Robins AFB, GA.

Qualifications

US citizen with active Secret clearance.
Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in DoD or related financial support.
Journeyman-level knowledge in financial management and program support.
Ability to analyze, reconcile, and clearly communicate complex financial information.

Responsibilities

Provide financial management and comptroller support, including EVM analysis and program control integration.
Support budget formulation and execution across planning, programming, budgeting, and execution processes.
Perform funds management, obligations forecasting, funds status reporting, and funds control.
Assist with Foreign Military Sales financial activities and security reviews.
