Job summary

Deltek Talent Management is seeking a Finance/Budget Analyst to support PPBE processes and financial reporting for DoD programs. The role requires on-site work in Colorado Springs with a Top Secret clearance and significant DoD experience.

You will prepare budgets, conduct forecast analyses, and assist with audits and funding documentation, while coordinating with program managers to ensure compliance and accuracy under DoD policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant functional field is required.
• MA/MS degree with DoD experience is preferred.
• Active Top Secret Clearance is required.
• 8 years of DoD experience or 12 years with 5 in DoD; MA/MS may count.
• We hire Military.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, develop, and deliver compliant financial documents for PPBE, budgeting, and reporting.
• Perform budget forecasting, variance analysis, program or financial execution reporting and reviews.
• Maintain FIAR compliant audits and internal control program.
• Generate funding documents such as PRs and MIPRs; draft funding and budget information.
• Support DoD exercises and simulations to assess financial readiness.
