Job summary

Dynamo Technologies LLC seeks an Engineering Technician Senior to support an IPT and provide engineering technician expertise across all life cycle phases for DoD programs. Qualifications

• Experience completing acquisition engineering and technical tasks supporting Life Cycle Management (LCM).
• Experience with Defense Acquisition System pathways including UCA, MTA, MCA, Software Acquisition, or Acquisition of Services.
• Knowledge of regulations and procedures for technical documents and systems engineering execution.
• Experience translating DoD user requirements into system/technical requirements.
• Experience developing and reviewing engineering/test/verification plans.
• Ability to evaluate system design approaches and technical risks.
• Ability to review system architecture and interoperability requirements.
• Knowledge of test and evaluation processes (planning, execution, analysis, reporting).
• Ability to provide independent analyses and vendor proposal recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Support acquisition life cycle activities across development, production, testing, and technical management.
• Identify and document technical requirements for weapon systems or related products.
• Develop technical/engineering and test/verification plans with clear objectives and methods.
• Translate DoD user requirements into system requirements and specifications.
• Evaluate design approaches, trade-offs, and technical risks; recommend options.
• Prepare and review system architecture, baseline, and interoperability requirements.
• Conduct independent analyses of proposed engineering changes and vendor proposals.
• Support life cycle cost evaluations and test resources planning and scheduling.
• Assist with ITTs, TRRs, and other program events; support risk resolution.
