Job summary

Oteemo Inc. in Reston, Virginia seeks a Contracts & Subcontracts Manager to own the full lifecycle of prime contracts and subcontracts — from pre-award teaming through execution, modification, and closeout, with a focus on DoD portfolio and compliance under FAR/DFARS.

In this role you’ll negotiate and administer subcontract agreements, NDAs, and MSAs, manage flow-down clauses, support proposals, provide regular compliance reporting, and partner with leadership to keep our contracting templates

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 5+ years managing federal and commercial contracts with cradle-to-grave ownership.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, and administer subcontract agreements, NDAs, and MSAs.
• Review prime contracts, task orders, and SOWs for scope and compliance with FAR/DFARS.
• Handle change orders and coordination with customers and prime contractors.
• Govern contracting templates and ensure audit-ready processes.
