Oteemo, Inc. in Reston, VA seeks a Contracts & Subcontracts Manager to own the full lifecycle of prime contracts and subcontracts, with a focus on the DoD portfolio.

You will navigate FAR/DFARS, manage NDAs/MSAs, and maintain a cradle-to-grave contract process in collaboration with executives, sales, and delivery teams. The role demands sharp judgment, meticulous attention to detail, and an ability to keep contracts audit-ready while driving partner relationships.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of cradle-to-grave federal and commercial contracts experience.
• Hands-on experience negotiating subcontract & teaming agreements, NDAs, MSAs.
• Expertise in FAR/DFARS, flow-down clauses, and DoD cybersecurity requirements.
• Strong communication and collaboration with executives, sales, and delivery teams.

Responsabilités

• Negotiate, draft, and administer subcontracts and teaming agreements; ensure flow-downs and compliance.
• Review prime contracts, SOWs, and task orders for scope, risk, and compliance.
• Own change orders, customer coordination, and timely execution.
• Maintain contract templates and governance; deliver regular compliance reporting.
• Support proposals by reviewing terms and coordinating teaming/subcontract structures.
