Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field.
• Six+ years of directly related experience in Contract Administration/Business Management/Finance with US government defense or prime contractors.
• Experience with US Government, Prime and Commercial contracts.
• Experience with US Government weighted guidelines profit.
• Familiarity with FAR/DFARS clauses and contract types (CR, CPFF, CPIF, FFP, T&M, IDIQ, SBIR).
• Strong analytical, financial, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage program contracts supporting the IPS Business Unit.
• Review solicitations/RFPs and prepare proposal responses with the proposal team.
• Draft and negotiate complex agreements to protect company interests.
• Develop negotiation strategies aligned with business goals.
• Advise on contractual rights, data rights, and risks.
• Interface with Government contracting officials and internal teams.
• Track contract compliance and maintain contract data in databases.
