Job summary

Mercury Systems is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to lead complex contracting efforts across the IPS business unit. You will drive negotiations, assess risk, and ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS while coordinating with executives and cross-functional teams to deliver optimal contractual outcomes.

The role requires deep government contracting experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management or related field.
• 10+ years of contract administration/management with USG, Prime, international and commercial contracts.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and contract types (CR, CPFF, CPIF, FFP, T&M).

Responsibilities

• Lead contracting lifecycle from solicitation to close-out.
• Draft, review and negotiate complex contracts and master agreements.
• Advise leadership on contract issues, IP, risks and mitigation.
• Maintain contract data in enterprise systems and ensure compliance.
• Interface with Government contracting officers and cross-functional teams.
