Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field is required.
• Typically 4+ years of direct government defense contracting or related experience.
• Experience with USG, prime and commercial contracts.
• Familiarity with FAR/DFARS and contract types (CR, CPFF, CPIF, FFP, T&M, IDIQ).
• Ability to analyze, negotiate and mitigate risks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage program and project contracts supporting Line of Business.
• Review solicitations and prepare proposal responses with the proposal team; review and approve contracts for compliance.
• Draft/review/redline customer agreements; negotiate complex contracts to align with objectives.
• Develop negotiation strategies consistent with company goals.
• Advise management on contractual rights, IP protections, COIs, and risks.
• Interface with Government contracting officials and internal teams.
