Ventus Executive Solutions in Chantilly, VA seeks a Senior Contracting and Executive Communications Advisor to support a DoD program office. You will provide contracting expertise, track execution, and create executive‑level materials for senior leadership decision‑making, including four‑star officers.

Strong judgment and top communication skills are essential in a high‑visibility environment. Travel is limited; on-site work in Chantilly with U.S.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience supporting government contracting activities, including contract planning, execution tracking, or oversight.
• Experience developing executive-level briefings, presentations, decision-support materials, and senior leadership communications.
• Ability to synthesize complex programmatic, technical, and contracting information into concise, accurate, and actionable products.
• Experience supporting senior Department of Defense leadership, flag officers, general officers, or equivalent executive-level stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare materials for high-visibility internal and external engagements.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, exercise sound judgment, and deliver high-quality work in a dynamic environment with evolving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide contracting expertise to track execution and oversight.
• Develop executive‑level briefings and decision‑support materials for senior DoD leadership.
• Translate complex programmatic/contracting information into concise, actionable products.
• Support senior DoD leadership, flag officers, and general officers in high‑visibility engagements.
