Job summary

VTG Defense is seeking an Action Officer in Chantilly, VA, to support the Director's Action Group. The role emphasizes editing, tasking oversight, and action-tracking across executive-level stakeholders.

You will coordinate communications, manage records and prepare presentations for senior leaders in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have a technical/business degree with extensive DoD/IC experience, and an active TS/SCI with Poly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in a technical or business field with experience in government programs.
• Experience working with senior executives across organizations.
• Active TS/SCI with Poly is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical editing support and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Oversee tasking, tracking, closure of actions, and manage the action tracking system.
• Draft, proofread and review internal/external correspondence for accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate presentations for audiences up to the Senior Executive level and contribute to DAG meetings.
