Job summary

VTG in Chantilly, VA seeks an Action Officer to support the Director's Action Group for a senior executive level customer. You will edit, track, and close internal and external tasks and manage the action tracking system.

You will maintain effective relationships with customers and stakeholders, develop SOPs, prepare action status reports, and coordinate briefings for audiences up to the Senior Executive level. TS/SCI with Poly is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10 years Government experience or 5 years within IC/DoD.
• Active TS/SCI w/ Poly is required.
• Experience working with senior executives across organizations.

Responsibilities

• Edit, proofread and finalize internal/external correspondence.
• Maintain successful tasking, tracking and closure of all tasks.
• Manage the action tracking system and SOPs.
• Coordinate presentations for audiences up to Senior Executive level.
• Participate in DAG meetings, IPTs and task forces.
• Ensure records comply with federal laws and directives.
