Qualifications

• Requires significant NRO contracting experience.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Government contracting processes and FAR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a business advisor regarding acquisition strategy, contract types, market research, contracting methods, and sourcing procedures.
• Support Pre-Award: prepare docs, review RCAPs, draft RFPs/solicitations, support evaluations and cost/price analysis; communicate with Industry; develop negotiating positions.
• Support Post-Award: administer contracts, execute contracts, manage files and databases, support compliance reviews, resolve performance issues, process invoices, prepare contract modifications, report status.
