Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Senior Anti-Tamper Engineer specializing in systems engineering for DoD programs, located with the FPO at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. Active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI/SAP access is required, along with extensive DoD engineering experience.

The role includes developing curricula, coordinating training materials with government and industry partners, and overseeing RFPs and design feasibility reviews. Travel CONUS up to 10% may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with ability to obtain SCI and SAP access.
• Bachelor’s Degree with >=12 years DoD engineering experience.
• Master’s Degree with >=10 years DoD engineering experience.
• Minimum 3 years SAP/SCI experience in last 8 years.
• Willingness to travel CONUS up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems engineering processes across weapon systems.
• Assess circuitry and determine reverse engineering methodologies.
• Develop engineering curriculum modules for educational outreach.
• Prepare and update training materials with government/industry partners.
• Instruct sponsored courses in classified environments.
• Provide engineering support for technology and product acquisitions including RFP development.
• Review proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility.
• Evaluate capabilities to meet system requirements.
• Identify technologies to protect CPI for program protection.
• Evaluate test plans and participate in system level testing.
• Conduct risk assessments and scheduling trade studies.
• Author documentation for ICT initiatives and enterprise policy.
