Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Anti-Tamper Engineer to support the DoD Anti-Tamper Executive Agent Field Program Office. The role requires an active Top Secret clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility and extensive DoD systems engineering experience.

You will develop, evaluate, and implement anti-tamper measures across weapon systems, collaborating with government and industry partners. Responsibilities include program protection, training material development, and long-term planning for acquisitions,

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCI and SAP access
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 12+ years in engineering roles for DoD/government
• Master’s Degree in engineering with 10+ years in DoD/government engineering roles
• Minimum 3 years SAP or SCI experience in last 8 years
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS)

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems engineering processes, policies, and procedures for acquisition, fielding, sustainment and disposal of weapons systems
• Assess circuitry and memory chips; determine reverse engineering methodologies
• Develop engineering curriculum modules for ATEA FPO Education and Outreach
• Work with Government and industry partners to develop/update training materials
• Instruct ATEA FPO sponsored courses in classified environments
• Provide engineering support for technology/product acquisitions including long-term planning and RFP development
• Review/analyze proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility
• Assess capabilities to meet system design requirements and CPI protections
• Identify technologies for program protection; evaluate system design functions
• Evaluate system test plans and participate in testing of subsystems/components
• Provide support for ICT initiatives and policy modernization; author technical documentation
