Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Anti-Tamper Engineer to support DoD programs at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role emphasizes applying DoD systems engineering, anti-tamper methods, and program protection planning within a classified environment.

A top-secret clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility is required. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Engineering (12+ years) or a Master’s in a related field (10+ years), plus SAP/SCI experience.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET security clearance with ability to obtain SCI and access to SAP
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 12+ years in engineering in DoD or contractor roles
• Master’s Degree in a relevant engineering discipline with 10+ years in DoD/contractor environments
• Minimum 3 years of SAP or SCI experience within last 8 years
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS)

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems engineering processes, policies, and procedures for weapon systems lifecycle
• Assess integrated circuitry and memory chips; evaluate reverse engineering approaches
• Develop engineering curriculum modules for ATEA FPO education outreach
• Collaborate with gov't and industry partners to update training materials
• Instruct sponsored courses in a classified environment for the Anti-Tamper community
• Provide engineering support for procurement, RFP development, and project oversight
• Review proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility
• Assess capabilities to meet design requirements and CPI protection goals
• Identify technologies and evaluate anti-tamper improvements in weapon systems
• Evaluate system test plans and participate in testing at multiple levels
• Conduct performance, supportability, scheduling, and risk assessments
• Prepare ad-hoc technical docs to ensure compliance and mission support
