Job summary

Serco Inc. (Serco) is seeking a Senior Anti-Tamper Engineer to support the DoD Anti-Tamper program at Wright Patterson AFB, focusing on systems engineering, program protection, and training delivery.

The role requires an active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI/SAP access; a bachelor’s and master’s in engineering with extensive DoD experience; and travel up to 10% CONUS. The position emphasizes developing curriculum and directing instructional activities in classified environments.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI/SAP access.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 12+ years DoD experience.
• Master’s Degree with 10+ years DoD experience.
• Minimum 3 years SAP or SCI experience in the last 8 years.
• Willingness to travel CONUS up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems engineering processes to weapon systems development and fielding.
• Assess integrated circuitry and processors for reverse engineering approaches.
• Develop engineering curriculum modules for ATEA FPO education outreach.
• Work with Government and industry partners to update training materials.
• Instruct education courses in classified environments using varied aids.
