Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Anti-Tamper Engineer specializing in systems engineering to support the DoD Anti-Tamper Executive Agent Field Program Office at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role requires active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI and SAP access, and extensive DoD program experience.

The position focuses on program protection, reverse engineering assessment of components, and collaboration with DoD evaluation teams to strengthen CPI security across weapon system programs.

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret security clearance with SCI access and ability to obtain SAP access.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with extensive DoD experience (12+ years).
• Master’s Degree in engineering with substantial DoD experience (10+ years).

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems engineering processes across acquisition, manufacturing, fielding, sustainment, modernization and disposal of weapons systems.
• Assess integrated circuitry and memory components for reverse engineering suitability.
• Provide engineering support including long-term planning, RFP development, and technical oversight of projects.
• Review proposals for design feasibility and compatibility and assess CPI protection.
• Develop plans to evaluate security features of GOTS/COTS components for CPI vulnerability.
• Assist DoD Anti-Tamper teams to identify vulnerabilities and improvements.
• Evaluate system test plans and participate in system, subsystem, and component testing.
• Conduct risk assessments and scheduling trade-off studies.
