Serco is seeking an Acquisition & Program Management Professional to provide acquisition, program management, and systems engineering support to DoD customers across Air Force, Army, Navy, Joint, and Defense Agency programs. Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship
• Active Secret security clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 15 years of DoD acquisition/program management or systems engineering experience
• Senior Material Leader/Program Manager (O-5/O-6, GS-15/NH-4) experience
• DoD ACAT 1 program experience
• Experience preparing acquisition documentation and program management artifacts
• Experience cost/schedule/performance management
• Experience with government and contractor teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience developing executive briefings
• Ability to travel up to 25%

Responsabilités

• Support government acquisition programs through all phases of the life cycle.
• Assist in development and execution of acquisition strategies and program management plans.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate acquisition documentation and program decision packages.
• Support cost, schedule, and performance management activities.
• Track and manage program risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate activities among government stakeholders, contractors, and support organizations.
• Develop requirements documents, SOWs, PWS, and planning documentation.
• Assist with contract execution, reviews, and contractor assessments.
• Develop executive-level briefings and status updates for senior leaders.
• Facilitate IPT meetings and stakeholder engagements.
• Support systems engineering, test, logistics, cybersecurity, and financial mgmt activities.
• Assist leadership in analyzing acquisition alternatives and trade studies.
