Job summary

Serco Inc. (Serco) is seeking an Acquisition Management and Contracting Professional to lead high-impact DoD programs. You will guide strategic initiatives, mentor teams, and advise executives while ensuring program success across cost, schedule, and performance metrics.

You will engage with senior government officials, develop proposals, and manage complex contracts in a fast-paced environment, leveraging a Secret clearance and DoD experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field and 15+ years in acquisition/program management.
• At least 10 years in a leadership position.
• In-depth knowledge of DoD/DoW program management and contracting policies.
• Experience with Defense Acquisition management processes and FAR/DFARs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Acquisition Management and Contracting analysis and transformation projects.
• Lead analysis and develop recommendations and final products.
• Lead the preparation of final products and facilitate meetings/workshops.
• Support cost, schedule, and performance management activities.
• Manage customer relationships throughout project execution.
• Provide leadership and SME to acquisition initiatives.
• Contribute to strategy, policy development, and performance standards.
