Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead and manage major DoD engagements, driving operational improvements and outcomes across acquisition, sustainment, and modernization activities.

The role requires a seasoned leader who can coordinate multi-team efforts, communicate with senior government stakeholders, and develop robust schedules, risk plans, and performance metrics to ensure on-time, within-budget results.

Qualifications

• Active and maintained SECRET DoD/ Federal clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of DoD program experience and leadership of large engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engagements with major DoD clients to improve operations and outcomes.
• Serve as primary point of contact for senior government stakeholders and provide strategic guidance.
• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules, risk plans, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and internal resources to achieve goals.
• Identify process improvements to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
• Align with cost/schedule/performance objectives and drive execution across teams.
