Serco Inc. (Serco) is seeking an Acquisition Management and Contracting Professional to lead high-impact DoD programs in Arlington, VA. This senior role provides strategic guidance, oversees acquisition projects, and mentors a team while engaging with senior government officials.

Qualified candidates will hold an active Secret clearance (or higher), US citizenship, and a Master\'s degree with extensive program management experience. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualificações

• Active Secret clearance required and US citizenship.
• Master's degree with 15+ years of acquisition/program management experience.
• Leadership experience of 10+ years.
• Extensive knowledge of DoD/DoW program management policies and FAR/DFARS.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and manage Acquisition Management and Contracting analysis and transformation projects.
• Lead development of recommendations and final products.
• Prepare, lead meetings and workshop facilitation.
• Support cost, schedule, and performance management.
• Manage customer relationships throughout projects.
• Mentor junior team members and guide clients through change management.
