Diaconia is seeking a Senior Acquisition Manager to join our team in the United States. The role requires deep understanding of DoD acquisition processes and the ability to analyze and improve program effectiveness.

You will support critical reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR) and help translate user requirements into RFPs, ensuring compliant, timely deliverables while coordinating with USG and AFMC stakeholders. Active Top Secret/SI clearance preferred; U.S.

Competenze

• Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with DoD programs and defense acquisitions is preferred.

Mansioni

• Support key acquisition events and reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, TCM, FCA, PCA, PRR).
• Assist with establishing and maintaining databases and program metrics.
• Track technical metrics and report status to stakeholders.
• Analyze program activity and propose improvements to acquisition processes.
• Translate user requirements into RFP documentation and support JCIDS processes.
