Job summary

COLSA Corporation seeks a seasoned program management professional to support DoD acquisition programs, including life-cycle management, documentation, and risk analysis. You will work with USG stakeholders, coordinate with external partners, and help prepare responses for major program reviews.

The role requires advanced degree with extensive DoD experience, citizenship, and ability to travel. A strong background in FMS software and MIS tools is essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MA/MS) and twelve (12) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline, five (5) years in the DoD.
• BA/BS degree and fifteen (15) years of experience in the respective discipline, five (5) in the DoD.
• HS Diploma and twenty (20) years of related experience, eight (8) in the DoD.
• Proficient in FMS-specific software and MIS applications (AFLCMC/WF-On Line, DSAMS/SAMRS).
• US citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a Secret security clearance; willing to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Assist in establishing, maintaining, and evaluating DoD acquisition processes and guidance.
• Support acquisition program management of full life cycle, including materiel and services.
• Prepare and maintain program documentation, plans, IMS, and risk analyses.
• Review documentation from USG stakeholders and coordinate government responses.
• Coordinate with external agencies and perform analysis for program strategy decisions.
• Participate in system reviews, configuration audits, and program reviews as needed.
