Job summary

DCS Corp in Bedford, MA, seeks a Senior Program Manager to support AFLCMC/ES, ESS Division's Force Protection initiatives, guiding acquisition programs through cost, schedule, performance, and risk management.

Responsibilities include developing acquisition documentation, supporting IPTs, and delivering briefings to senior leadership. Active Secret clearance and 12+ years of DoD program experience preferred.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 12 years of DoD program experience, or 15 years with at least 8 years in DoD programs.

Responsibilities

• Support acquisition lifecycle per FAR/DoD guidance and AFI rules.
• Plan, analyze, and assess acquisition projects for cost, schedule, and performance.
• Provide PM/IPT support and maintain acquisition battle rhythm and reports.
• Develop and review acquisition docs including strategies, APBs, LCSPs, and risk plans.
• Assist with preparation of acquisition reports (DAES, MARs, SARs) and source selection docs.
