Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks a Senior Acquisition Analyst to support OSW portfolio management for modernization and sustainment efforts at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA.

The candidate will apply a deep understanding of the Defense Acquisition System and work with leadership to ensure smooth operation of the four directorates. The role requires 10 years of DoD acquisition and weapon systems experience, a Master’s Degree, DAWIA/DAU PM certification, and an Active TS clearance

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience with the Defense Acquisition System.
• 10 years of relevant experience with DoW weapon systems (Nuclear, NC3, C4ISR, etc).
• Master's Degree
• DAWIA/DAU PM certification
• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility
• Able to work fully onsite based on client needs

Responsibilities

• Support OSW portfolio management for modernization and sustainment efforts.
• Apply in-depth understanding of the Defense Acquisition System and OSW staffing procedures.
• Collaborate with DASW(SSIPM) leadership to ensure smooth operation of four directorates and prioritization across DASW(SSIPM)
