Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking an Acquisition Management and Contracting Professional to lead strategic, high-impact DoD/DoW acquisition programs and provide executive-level guidance.

The role emphasizes mentorship, client management, and performance oversight across complex projects with senior government stakeholders. The candidate will manage planning, execution, and transformation efforts, coordinating with cross-functional teams while maintaining schedule, cost, and quality.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance or higher is required.
• 15+ years of related acquisition/program management experience with 10+ years in a leadership role.
• Extensive knowledge of DoD/DoW program management and contracting policies.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage Acquisition Management and Contracting analysis projects from initiation to delivery.
• Lead development of recommendations and final products for acquisition efforts.
• Oversee contract execution, program reviews, and contractor performance assessments.
• Manage customer relationships and lead meetings/workshops with senior government officials.
• Provide SME guidance, training, and change management support to teams.
