Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking an experienced Acquisition Management and Contracting Professional to lead high-impact DoD program efforts, provide executive-level guidance, and manage acquisition and contracting transformations.

Qualifications

Master's degree in a relevant field with extensive program/ acquisition management experience.
DoD/DoW program management experience and contracting policies familiarity.
Experience leading teams and managing complex, fast-paced projects.

Responsibilities

Plan and oversee acquisition management and contracting transformation projects.
Lead analysis with recommendations and final products for acquisition efforts.
Lead final product preparation, meeting/workshop facilitation, and contract execution support.
Manage cost, schedule, and performance management activities.
Maintain customer relationships throughout project execution.
Provide leadership and SME input to acquisition initiatives.
Contribute to strategic planning, process development, and performance standards.
