Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking an Acquisition Management and Contracting Professional to provide senior technical leadership across acquisition programs and contracting capabilities. The role involves planning, executing, and overseeing major acquisition projects, leading a support team, and engaging with senior government officials.

A strong track record in DoD/DoW acquisitions and a Secret clearance is required. The candidate will mentor junior staff, drive proposals, and manage cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field and 15+ years of acquisition/program management experience
• Secret clearance required and US citizenship
• Extensive knowledge of DoD/DoW program management and contracting policies

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Acquisition Management and Contracting analysis and transformation projects, including proposing, planning, and managing task leads
• Lead analysis of Acquisition Management and Contracting efforts and develop recommendations and final products
• Lead the preparation of final products and facilitate meetings/workshops
• Support cost, schedule, and performance management activities
• Manage customer relationships throughout project execution
• Provide leadership and subject-matter expertise to acquisition initiatives
• Assist with contract execution, program reviews, and contractor performance assessments
• Capture Acquisition Management opportunities and support proposal development
• Oversee project execution
