Serco Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Acquisition & PM Professional III – Cost to provide senior-level expertise in cost estimating, acquisition strategy, program analysis, technology modernization, and executive decision support for DoD, IC, and Federal programs.

• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide senior-level technical leadership and independent advisory services for large and complex federal programs.
• Develop, evaluate, and review life-cycle cost estimates, independent government cost estimates, affordability assessments, business case analyses, and cost-benefit studies.
• Support acquisition planning, strategy development, source selections, budgeting, and investment decision making.
• Perform advanced cost estimating and economic analyses for software-intensive systems, cloud environments, enterprise IT programs, AI/ML, cybersecurity, and mission-support systems.
• Conduct benchmarking, market research, and comparative analyses using industry and government data sources.
• Apply advanced analytical methodologies to assess affordability, risks, cost realism, and resource requirements.
• Support RDT&E activities and modernization efforts across the acquisition lifecycle.
• Develop cloud pricing models and infrastructure cost analyses using cloud pricing frameworks.
• Create executive-level presentations, technical reports, and strategic recommendations for senior government leadership.
• Provide program management support including performance assessment, planning, risk, schedule, and resource optimization.
• Interface with government customers, prime contractors, and senior executives for technical reviews and decision forums.
• Mentor junior staff and provide technical oversight across multidisciplinary teams.
