Job summary

Serco Inc. (Serco) is seeking a highly experienced Acquisition & PM Professional – Cost to provide senior-level expertise in cost estimating, acquisition strategy, program analysis, technology modernization, and executive decision support for DoD, IC, and Federal Civilian programs.

The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to government leaders, delivering analytical and strategic recommendations supporting acquisition planning, modernization initiatives, and mission-critical

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret security clearance required.
• US citizenship required.
• Master's degree or equivalent plus 15+ years federal acquisition experience.
• Experience with DoD, Federal Civilian, or IC programs.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level leadership and independent advisory services for large federal programs.
• Develop, evaluate, and review LCCEs, IGCEs, and affordability analyses.
• Support acquisition planning, strategy development, and source selections.
• Perform cost/ economic analyses for software, cloud, IT, AI/ML, and cybersecurity programs.
• Conduct benchmarking using government data sources and industry datasets.
• Apply quantitative methods to assess affordability, risks, and resource needs.
• Create executive-level presentations and acquisition documentation.
• Mentor junior staff and provide technical oversight.
