Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a seasoned Acquisition Management and Contracting professional to guide high-impact DoD programs. You will lead acquisition analyses, mentor teams, manage customer relationships, and drive strategic contract initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Secret clearance, US citizenship, and a Master’s degree with extensive DoD experience. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required with fifteen years related acquisition/program management experience and ten in leadership.
• Secret clearance required; US citizenship.
• Extensive knowledge of DoD/DoW program management, contracting policies, and DoD 5000 series directives.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Acquisition Management and Contracting analysis and transformation projects.
• Lead analysis and develop recommendations and final products.
• Lead the preparation of final products; lead meetings and workshops.
• Support cost, schedule, and performance management activities.
• Manage customer relationships throughout project execution.
• Provide leadership, SME, and tactical level support to acquisition initiatives.
• Contribute to strategic planning, policy/process development, and performance standards review.
• Assist with contract execution, program reviews, and contractor performance assessments; mentor juniors.
