Opensity Solutions is seeking a Senior Document Production Specialist to optimize client document workflows, prepare and convert complex documents, and mentor junior team members. The role combines hands-on document creation with process improvement in a hybrid environment.

Based in the USA, you will work with Microsoft Office, PDF tools, and deposition transcription, supporting sensitive materials under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Prepare, revise, reformat, and convert documents with precision.
• Proficient in proofreading, grammar, and formatting.
• Ability to handle confidential materials and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create, revise, reformat, and convert documents with OS tools.
• Prepare and edit complex documents, spreadsheets, charts.
• Coordinate and support special projects.
• Handle time-sensitive and confidential materials efficiently.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot document inconsistencies.
• Use keyboard entry, scanners, or electronic input for outputs; transcribe audio as needed.
• Spell check and proofread for accuracy.
• Stay updated on Document Services software.
• Provide feedback on team member performance when asked.
• Guide and support teammates with directions and training.
