Job summary

SmartPA is seeking a Document Production Specialist to deliver high-quality document production and formatting support for a law firm client. You will format complex documents to exacting standards, build trusted client relationships, and contribute to service delivery within a collaborative pod structure.

You will work remotely, supporting colleagues during peak workloads and continuously improving processes.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years' experience in document production and formatting
Strong experience with complex Word documents, including styles, templates, tracked changes
Advanced MS Word skills; proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Familiarity with tools such as PDFdocs, DocuSign, and digital dictation software
Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

Responsibilities

Produce, format, amend and quality check a wide range of documents
Reformat documents into house style using precedents, numbering, tables, and complex formatting
Troubleshoot formatting issues and ensure version control
Process tracked changes and use document comparison tools
Produce transcription using digital dictation when required
