Job summary

Sentry is seeking a Document Processing Tech Sr to help build and refine complex documents, templates and forms for our customers. You will leverage word processing and document development systems to craft high-quality outputs and contribute to department standards and training.

The role emphasizes collaboration with customers, knowledge transfer, and maintaining confidentiality while handling flexible schedules in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of related work experience.
• Experience with word processing/document development systems.
• Strong PC, keyboarding and spelling/grammar skills.
• Ability to type at least 60 words per minute.
• Analytical, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and modify complex documents, templates and forms.
• Consult with customers to determine project needs and best design.
• Train staff on usage of setup features for optimal results.
• Help set departmental standards and processes.
