Job summary

Sentry Insurance in Stevens Point, WI is seeking a Sr Document Processing Tech to create and modify complex documents, templates and forms for customers. You will train staff, set departmental standards, and communicate project needs to ensure optimal results.

The role supports hybrid work with in-office collaboration Tue–Thu and optional remote days Mon/Fri, offering strong benefits and ongoing training through Sentry University.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of related work experience.
• Significant knowledge of word processing/document development systems (software and/or mainframe).
• Overall PC, keyboard, transcription, spelling and grammar skills.

Responsibilities

• Utilize expertise to create/modify complex documents, templates and forms.
• Communicate with customers to determine project needs and options.
• Train staff on usage of setup features to ensure best results for customers.
• Assist in setting standards for departmental processes.
